First Horizon Bank and JDR Solutions Launch New Equipment Finance Client Portal

First Horizon Bank, a client of JDR Solutions since 2017 for database hosting and administration, portfolio management, contract booking, invoicing and collections, contracted with JDR to build a custom customer portal. A prototype and in-depth discovery phase preceded the build, which commenced in November 2023.

“Online account access is essential for banks to meet the evolving expectations of clients for convenience, accessibility and security in their banking interactions,” Scott McClain, executive vice president and managing director, said. “It not only enhances client satisfaction but also contributes to operational efficiency. Our long history with JDR, confidence in their knowledge of equipment finance and our complex portfolio, as well as their expertise and experience in web development made them the easy choice.”

The project met its anticipated go-live date, and the new First Horizon Equipment Finance customer portal was launched on June 10.
